Danger And Telstra Launch HipTop3 Mobile Device

PALO ALTO, CA -- Software company Danger, Inc. has teamed up with Telstra to launch the HipTop3, a next generation mobile Internet device.

Using Danger's software-as-a-service platform that pre-processes and optimizes data before being sent, the device has a sleek design and offers MP3 capabilities along with instant messaging, e-mail and text messaging and full HTML web browsing.  It also supports Bluetooth headsets.

The product was launched by Telstra, the largest telecommunications operator in Australia.
